The Leading Manager of Cell Process and Chemistry will be responsible for Cell
development associated with Cheaf Production Officer. The scope of this
position includes all processes needed to make a completed Pounch/Cell focus
on current productional processes and process improvement, including
binder(slurry) make, coating, drying, stacking, forming and etc.
Responsibilities include leading and growing the R&D team. This role will
require very close collaboration with Pack and Buttery development team and
HQ marketing team.
Duties for this position include adapting existing processes to new cell designs,
vetting new cell designs for production, developing new processes, optimizing
processes. The preferred candidate will have a track record of product
development and a background in the battery industry. The history of leading
and developing strong teams of scientists and engineers, will be the plus
This position will report to CTO, HQ Resurch and Development Center
MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related field of
study. PhD is a plus.
10+ years of experience in battery industry
Demonstrated record of launching products successfully.
Experience with concept, design, and product
Excellent oral and written communication skills. English language required

Assist the Finance team with monthly closing, quarterly forecasts and quarterly earnings release documents, inventory stock taking. Interns will get exposure to different functions of the company including Marketing, Production and corporate G&A
Leverage UNI, and Excel to assist management with financial analyses. Furthermore, take large data sets and communicate high level themes for a variety of business partners
Analyze financial data, summarize, and provide a concise and meaningful narrative discussion of variances.
Provide day to day support and identify trends for management reporting.
Current college undergraduate with a degree in accounting, finance, or economics
Work experience related to accounting/finance a plus
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint a plus
Basic English a plus
