SOLLERS Group and EnerTech: The Cooperating agreement was signed


The cooperating agreement was signed during the international exhibition INNOPROM 2018 between SOLLERS Group and EnerTech.

Within the framework of the signed agreement, each company will consider the possibility of locating the production of batteries at the Sollers industrial site in Vladivostok.

In turn, the SOLLERS group confirmed its willingness to provide a production site for the project with a total area of about 6.5 thousand square meters. In Vladivostok, SOLLERS is also considering the possibility of entering into the capital for a future enterprise for the production of Li-ion batteries. In addition, the SOLLERS group also voiced readiness to buy Russian batteries for the production of EV vehicles.

ETI forecasts that for several years in Russia, as in all major automotive markets, there will be an active spread of transport with alternative sources of energy, and the main share of the market here will fall on hybrid cars. The local production of batteries should create the basis for a global competition of Russian electric transport, stated Vadim Shvetsov, General Director of PJSC SOLLERS.

The ENER group of companies supplies its products for the automotive business as well for customers with infrastructure projects in many countries around the world. We expect that the new plant in Vladivostok may become the largest production plant of our company in Russia. This will make our technologies more accessible to the Russian market, said the general director of EnerTech, Dmitry Serebryakov.
