Enertech International Strengthens Teamwork Through an Active Company Event
On October 26, 2025, Enertech International held an active-themed company event attended by more than 100 participants, including employees and their families. The event took place at a mountain adventure facility located in Jecheon City. The highlight of the event was a team-based paintball competition, where participants naturally enhanced communication and teamwork through cooperation and strategic play. In addition, a variety of activities were offered, including zipline experiences for adult participants, group games, jump rope activities, and maze challenges, adding energy and excitement to the event. To ensure that families could enjoy the event together with peace of mind, a dedicated play area for children was operated with safety as the top priority. The overall event management was handled by a professional event agency, and a professional photography team captured vivid moments throughout the day. Various food trucks were also available, providing meals and refreshments for participants. All programs were conducted under strict safety guidelines with thorough supervision by trained professionals. Based on the competition results, outstanding teams and participants received generous prizes. The first-place prize was an iPhone 17, followed by a PlayStation 5 for second place and Apple AirPods for third place. In addition, various other prizes were offered, including home appliances and dining vouchers worth KRW 300,000 for a premium Korean beef restaurant, which received enthusiastic responses from participants. Enertech International regularly organizes quarterly company events that bring together employees and their families. What Enertech achieved in 1H2023
The first half of 2023 is already over…Enertech doubled its revenues (W23bln in 1H2023in comparison to W12bln in 1H2022). Electrode team started to work 3 groups 2 shifts from third of July to meet the growing market demand for our products.More and more talented people applied and among them around 90 new comers have successfully on boarded ETI including contractors this year. IT Team has finished the digital project of Intranet installation (UNIPORTAL by Bizentro Co.) that will improve internal communications and speed-up decision making.Enertech has got all the new equipment from suppliers (This investment project started in 2022 will triple the production capacity). After the commissioning procedures in 3Q, the Company will start mass production of a new product “VDA type Narrow Cell”. Join us, we are still hiring!관리자

Enertech International Promotion Celebration for 2023
On May 31, Enertech International Inc. held "2023 Promotion Celebration" in the conference room on the first floor of the main building of the first plant. This year, 14 promotions (11 regular promotions, 3 special promotions) were evaluated according to strict procedures (multiple 360 evaluations and evaluations by executives) and were carefully reviewed by the Personnel Committee. At the venue on this day, the promoters expressed their feelings, and most of them mentioned the heavy responsibility of improving their positions. What Enertech has accomplished in 2022
On May 11, 2023 the Shareholders Meeting of Enertech Int approved the Financial Statements for 2022. It was previously confirmed by the external auditor (Big 4).For the first time in many years, we managed to finish the year with a profit. This became real due to the well-coordinated work of the entire team of the Company. Sales&Marketing team significantly increased the sales by developing new niches in foreign markets. The Production team coped with the enlarged orders thanks to the responsibility of the staff and the quality work of the Purchasing team. R&D divisions were able to seriously ramp up the revenue for their services.The goal for 2023 is to double the revenue.For this, a new product has been developed, additional equipment has been purchased, and staff is being recruited. Together for the Future!” Enertech International, Inc., a lithium-ion battery manufacturing company based in Chung-juThere was a tree planting event to celebrate Foundation Day and Arbor Day Enertech International, Inc., located in Yongtan-dong, Chungju, last Thursday, April 6th, on the occasion of its Foundation and Arbor Day, held a TownHall Meeting for all employees. A discussion on Enertech Int actual performance and future plans was held, and executives and employees gathered in front of the main building. There was a commemorative planting event in the end. Enertech Int was founded in 2001 and specializes in manufacturing of lithum-ion batteries. Based on the accumulated excellent technology in the area of EV & ESS industry, which is rapidly growing, Enertech Int is expected to play a pivotal role. In particular, as a reflection of the growth, it is currently conducting large-scale recruitment of manpower.
